Champions: Luton Town
Playoffs Winners: Oxford United
Play off Finalists: Cambridge United, Wrexham & Stevenage
Relegation: Chester (if they survive), Salisbury City, Eastbourne & Gray’s Athletic
I will be amazed if Luton fail to get promotion. They shouldn’t even be in the conference & wouldn’t if it wasn’t for the nastiness of the football authorities in punishing them for the misdemeanours of a bunch of tosspots. Oxford had a really good second half of the season & again if they hadn’t of had point deductions would have made the playoffs.
I’m afraid that Chester will be lucky to survive the season at all let alone stay in the Conference with a -35 point deduction. This is evil. The club will be killed off by the point deduction. Where is the logic in that? Salisbury are in financial trouble & they will be saying goodbye to the conference as well after three seasons & it also goodbye to Eastbourne & Gray’s Athletic.
Good Luck to whatever team you support as long as you aren’t a part-time glory fan.
