Aston Villa are having a good season & they have proved this by reaching the League Cup Final. They are also battling for 4th place in the premiership & are also still in the FA Cup not withstanding an FA Cup replay against Crystal Palace which they should win. Manchester United are also battling on several fronts. They are second in the table & are still in the Champions League after a great 3-2 away win against AC Milan which should take them into the Quarter Finals. It is only a few years ago that Manchester United won the league cup after beating Wigan 4-0 in the final a scorline I don’t think they will manage in this final. I am going to go for a surprise Aston Villa win for several reasons. Firstly Aston Villa have taken four points off United this season & Secondly United are not the side they were, hence their six league defeats this season so far not to mention their home defeat to Leeds in the FA Cup.
