That goes to UCLA at +110 as the defending champions. The Bruins have an injury concern in Darren Collison, as the senior guard has a sore tailbone, but he should be ready to go. However, Washington’s freshman guard Isaiah Thomas has been playing out of this world this year and he’ll steer the Huskies to their first conference-tourney win since 2005.
