Why David Beckham & John Terry are innocent & the Newspapers/
Media are lying:

Case 1: John Terry
I suppose you thought (like me) that John Terry did sleep with Wayne Bridge’s Ex Girlfriend Vanessa Perroncel. Why would the papers & their spokesman the TV & Radio lie? I mean, Wayne Bridge refused to shake John Terry’s hand prior to the Chelsea Manchester City game last season (City won 4-2) & all the media reported the fact that John Terry had tried to take out an Injunction on the story being printed. Why would he do that if it wasn’t true? Why then did his wife flee abroad without him when the story broke? All these answers will be revealed by yours truly.
John Terry & his wife were friends with both Wayne Bridge & his then Girlfriend for some years. Wayne Bridge then split up with his girlfriend but naturally they all stayed friends. Terry being a good friend would listen to her as she was upset over the break up (there was a child involved). One day a photographer saw Terry leaving her house & put three & two together to make seven. Terry tried to stop the “False” story coming out simply because it was not true & knew that to sue the papers if they printed would be a nightmare for all involved in terms of stress & publicity. For a second here you have to consider what it would be like suing a newspaper over a false story. It is expensive, very stressful & creates more headlines not to mention the papers legal team going over every detail of your life to date in order to cast questions over your character. We have all done things we regret in life as that is the nature of life especially when we are young. Would you want to stand in court & have a solicitor accuse you of misdemeanours either true or not? Of course the legal system should be about the case in question & not your past but that is another discussion for another day.
Upon failing to gain the injunction simply because the papers had already printed the story all hell broke lose in the media. They loved it as it became the story of the time. The media had a frenzy. John Terry’s wife left the country to avoid photographers camped outside he house & being followed everywhere. She went to Dubai because they have very strict codes of conduct in terms of privacy even though it appeared not to work but at least it was less intrusive than staying at home. Ditto Wayne Rooney & his wife recently.
Notice that nobody in the press has actually interviewed Terry or Wayne Bridge’s ex girlfriend to ask them if it is true. Wayne Bridge’s ex is now slagged off by all & sundry in the press for something that isn’t true. People passing comment on her as if it is true. The papers say her father kills himself because of the story (not true), they print a Google earth map of her house, they follow her everywhere but she refuses to speak to them & instead goes to that well known scum bag max Clifford. He tell’s her that unless she speaks to the press they will act worse. She refuses as she simply dislikes them for the lies they have printed which I think is fair enough. They get worse.
Her legal team write to all the papers asking them to stop printing the lies but they ignore them as they have created a story that is making them money out of public interest. Most people like me believed the story & that includes Wayne Bridge who refused to shake hands with terry in the tunnel before the Chelsea Manchester game. He also refuses to speak to his ex as he believes she has betrayed him.
The poor girl decides that enough is enough & instructs her legal team to take the papers to court, in fact everybody who has repeated the story as if it is fact. The daily express prints a small apology on page 34 behind the advert for some new mobile phone. The rest don’t bother but calm down their coverage without admitting it is untrue. They still reference the untruth. So as we speak she is taking them to court, she refused to go to the Press complaints commission because she (rightly) believes they are full of people who are editors/owners in the newspaper business & therefore will not be partial.
The only interview she gave to a newspaper was to the “Guardian” where the reporter said he was shocked that it wasn’t true & genuinely felt sorry for her at the treatment she has received. Credit to the Guardian for that Interview but you won’t find it referenced in the rest of the press. One final chilling fact is that her phone was tapped by persons involved with the newspapers, an illegal method of obtaining information which the press told us had not being repeated since a news of the world reporter had been jailed some yrs ago. That is being investigated & I suspect it will be difficult to find out the result of that inquiry in the papers (thank god for the Internet) as will the pending court case. I suspect the papers will settle out of court as they usually do because that way they avoid negative publicity from TV or foreign sources.
The question I have is that as they were hearing her phone conversations they will know that she is innocent. That puts the people in question who have printed these lies in even worse light. She is very upset over her treatment & justifiably angry. The good news is that she is now speaking with Wayne Bridge again as he now believes her as of course does John Terry’s wife who of course always new the truth, hence why she is obviously still with him.
Terry lost his England Captain’s role because the manager didn’t want the distraction of the lies affecting England’s preparations for the World cup. All the media have done is upset the people involved & good for her that she is fighting back. Very worrying how Radio 5 backed up the lies as well. It took me 10 minutes on the Internet to find out that this story was false so the people who say it is true must know that it is Ballshit.
The problem is that a lot of people believe what they read in the papers and that is where the problem begins as the press take advantage of that.
Case 2: David Beckham - Rebecca Loos
I only looked into the John Terry case above after I had found details of David Beckham’s so called affair with his ex PA Rebecca loos. I found a legal document online which represented a Judge’s summing up of a court hearing between the Beckham’s & the News of the World/Sun/Times (News International). In this document which took me 10 minutes to find the judge says that Rebecca loos & the Beckham’s nanny stole phones that belonged to David & then texted each other on the two mobiles to make it look like Beckham was texting Loos. Loos was supposed to have returned the phones to the PR agency she worked for but thought up the idea of making out that she had had an affair with Beckham to make money. Neither Loos or her PR agency or news International could provide any proof that David Beckham had been in possession of these mobiles when the alleged texting took place or in fact of the so called affair, which of course they knew.
This is important because the whole crux of loo’s claim of the affair are the texts that she showed the world. The Judge noted that all the ph records were destroyed & that that was too advantageous for Loo’s. I must admit that I didn’t believe this story when it broke some years ago as Loo’s was obviously loving it far too much all the attention (& The money) as well as the fact that Victoria Beckham said it was a load of crap as well what she was saying.
Basically Loo’s set the whole thing up with the nanny & went to the papers who also knew it wasn’t true but they & the rest of the media still mentioned it as fact because too many people were making money out of all this Ballshit.
The Beckham’s decided not to sue for the same reasons that many others don’t, I.e. who wants the hassle & besides they knew what the truth was so who cared. The news of the world were very careful when the next allegations appeared from America & surprisingly they pointed out straight away that the story of Beckham sleeping with an American prostitute was false. Surprisingly all the other papers repeated that it wasn’t true as well & that this girl had just made it up. Why? Because they knew that this time the Beckham’s had had enough & were going to sue if it was printed as fact.
They are suing & who can blame them? Meanwhile Rebecca loos goes around lying about how good Beckham was in Bed & even has the nerve to offer Victoria advice on her husband. What a sad woman who has put woman’s lib back as well as morals a 100 years.
The papers know from the court documents I found that Rebecca loos is lying yet just like the Terry rubbish it is referred to as a 100% fact.
Nobody appears on TV or Radio to say it isn’t true & that is what is very worrying. You basically have a cartel with the media as one in charge of news.
What else do they lie about?
Wayne Rooney has taken the papers to court twice in the last 18 months for false stories they have printed. The first was he hit his wife in a restaurant & the second was that he booked his holidays for the day after the England Germany game in the World cup implying that he presumed they would go out to the Germans.
He won both cases but the damage had been done. I don’t know if Rooney is innocent regarding the latest allegations about his private life but I am having my doubts especially when the papers keep quoting “Best Friend” & “Onlooker” who comment. The previous Prostitute who Rooney was supposed to have slept with always denied the story & said her life had been made hell by the papers.
This is not to say that the papers get it wrong all the time as was proved by Ashley Cole & Cheryl who divorced him, it’s just most of the time.
